Respect is the collective responsibility of everyone involved in football to create a fair, safe and enjoyable environment in which the game can take place.
SJFL was the first county league to become a FA Respect League with all 21 member clubs signed up to the FA Respect programme and as FA Charter Standard Clubs endorse the programme, with many embedding a specific Respect Co-ordinator within their club or league. The FA’s Respect programme provides a series of tools for leagues, clubs, coaches, referees, players and parents from grassroots to elite football – to help ensure a safe, positive environment in which to play the game.
To help clubs SJFL has produced ‘Respect Marshall Guidelines’ and ‘Roles and Responsibilities of the Respect Marshall’ – please also follow the links to Codes of Conduct implemented by the leaguehttps://shropshirejuniorleague.co.uk//code-of-conduct/
